Simon Latham

Simon is passionate about using resistance-based training to help his clients achieve their goals in relation to their health. Simon has a strong understanding of the musculoskeletal system, exercise prescription and the biopsychosocial model of health, which allows him to get great results for his clients.

Simon has a strong interest in:

  • Musculoskeletal injuries and rehabilitation

  • Chronic disease prevention and management

  • Management of chronic injuries

  • Helping recreational athletes get the best out of themselves

He is extremely passionate about exercise and believes it’s crucial to overall health and well-being, not just as a tool for injury rehabilitation and prevention.

Simon has played basketball for many years, and is an extremely dedicated fan of the Milwaukee Bucks. Due to his involvement in basketball, he has had multiple injuries, which he has successfully rehabbed to return to the court, most notably, he has had many lateral ankle sprains which is the most common injury among basket ballers. He has a proactive approach to returning himself and his clients back to their chosen sport or activity.

Simon is passionate about helping people have a healthy relationship with exercise, and particularly loves helping recreational athletes get on and stay on the field or court.

Pip Tockuss

She is enthusiastic about empowering clients to take control of their health through education and exercise. Pip has a strong passion for the musculoskeletal system, particularly creating strong preventative foundations to enable lifelong movement and mobility. Her ability to understand the needs of the client and their injuries is what enables Pip to get amazing results for her clients!

Pip has a strong interest in:

  • Musculoskeletal injuries and rehabilitation 

  • Management of chronic injuries 

  • Implementation of programs to prevent chronic conditions

  • Understanding body composition, metabolic health and weight loss 

  • Returning injured workers back to the workplace

She is extremely passionate about making sure her clients get the very best results possible through education and personalised exercise programs. She believes a healthy lifestyle is a foundation that everyone should work towards to enable better health outcomes.

She has done extensive professional development in:

  • Shoulder and neck rehabilitation 

  • Lower back pain and injury management

  • Hip and knee injury rehabilitation and injury prevention

  • Technical lifting certification

Rachael Kent

Rachael specialises in resistance-based exercise and movement for the prevention, management and rehabilitation of disease and injury. Her skills in exercise prescription, behavioural change and reducing future injury risk are essential to why she is very successful in assisting her clients to achieve their goals.

Rachael has a strong interest in:

  • Helping people recover from musculoskeletal injuries (bone, muscle, tendon & ligament)

  • Rehabilitation for pre and post surgery

  • Sports specific training

  • Monitoring & addressing recreational athlete training load.

She believes that a holistic approach to exercise is the crucial foundation of a healthy lifestyle and improves the capacity to incorporate exercise into a daily routine.

She has done extensive professional development in:

  • Shoulder and neck rehabilitation

  • Lower limb injury management

  • Low Back Pain & Spinal strengthening
