Program Overview

Our Employee Health & Wellness Program is built to support the long-term health, performance and resilience of your team. Grounded in evidence-based practice, the program blends movement, education and recovery to help staff feel better, work better and stay well.

We focus on proactive health management, minimising workplace stress, and creating healthier habits that carry beyond the office and into daily life.

Objectives

• Enhance physical health through structured movement, mobility and recovery
• Improve mental clarity, focus and overall resilience
• Reduce work-related stress, fatigue and musculoskeletal discomfort
• Build a workplace culture that values wellbeing and sustainable performance
• Empower employees with practical education and ongoing self-care strategies

Program Components:

Exercise Physiology Sessions

Our Exercise Physiologists provide targeted support to help employees move well, recover well and reduce injury risk.

• Comprehensive assessments (posture, movement, strength, flexibility)
• Individualised exercise programs for prevention, rehabilitation and performance
• One-on-one or small-group sessions delivered by accredited Exercise Physiologists
• Key focus areas: posture correction, core strength, functional movement, desk ergonomics, mobility

Frequency: Monthly assessments + weekly classes
Delivery: Onsite, in clinic or virtual

Goal: Build long lasting foundations that support productivity, reduce discomfort and promote sustainable health.

Massage Therapy

Onsite massage to help staff manage stress, reduce tension and support recovery.

• Remedial or relaxation massage
• Short, efficient time slots (20–40 minutes) to suit work schedules
• Easy booking system for staff to reserve their session

Frequency: Weekly, monthly or bi-monthly
Delivery: Onsite massage therapist, in clinic or virtual
Goal: Reduce physical stress, improve circulation, and promote relaxation

Pilates Classes

Instructor-led mat Pilates designed to improve core stability, alignment and everyday movement quality. Sessions are accessible for all fitness levels and ideal for teams spending long hours at a desk.

• Weekly sessions with a qualified instructor
• Emphasis on spinal mobility, core strength and functional control
• Optional pathways to reformer Pilates through partnered studios

Frequency: Weekly or fortnightly
Delivery: Onsite or online
Goal: Reduce musculoskeletal discomfort and improve postural endurance

Health & Wellness Talks

Engaging, practical sessions delivered by our team of health professionals to support education and behaviour change.

Topics include:
• Stress management & resilience
• Sleep, recovery & energy management
• Nutrition for focus and performance
• Desk ergonomics & posture
• Women’s and men’s health

Sessions are interactive, evidence-informed and tailored to your workplace.
