We combine movement science with flare-up forecasting — so you know exactly how to move on good days, and how to adapt on the tough ones.

Neck, Shoulder & Elbow Pain

Musculoskeletal pain in the neck, shoulder, or elbow can be incredibly frustrating—especially when it affects sleep, work, lifting, and simple day-to-day tasks. Many people feel like they’ve tried everything, yet still struggle to find long-term relief. Our Exercise Physiologists understand how overwhelming these injuries can feel, particularly when you’re caught in a cycle of flare-ups. We work closely with you to uncover the underlying causes, rebuild strength and control, and guide you toward sustainable, confident movement again.

We treat:

  • Chronic neck / shoulder pain

  • Disc herniation / bulging disc (cervical)

  • Rotator cuff tears

  • Tendinopathies (shoulder, elbow, wrist)

  • Bursitis

  • Shoulder instability or laxity

  • Post–shoulder dislocation or subluxation

  • Osteoarthritis (OA)

  • Frozen shoulder

  • Tennis elbow / Golfer’s elbow

  • Carpal tunnel syndrome

Hip, Knee & Ankle Pain

Lower-limb injuries can significantly impact mobility, training routines, and lifestyle. It’s common to feel stuck when pain returns every time you try to increase activity, or when previous rehab hasn’t delivered lasting results. We understand how discouraging this can be. Our approach focuses on rebuilding strength, stability, and movement patterns that protect the joints and allow you to return to walking, running, and exercise with confidence. With a structured plan and ongoing support, progress becomes clear and achievable.

We treat:

  • Labral tears

  • Hip bursitis

  • Avascular necrosis (AVN)

  • Pre- and post-total hip replacement

  • ITB syndrome (runner’s knee)

  • Knee ligament tears (ACL, PCL, MCL, LCL)

  • Meniscus tears

  • Patella tracking disorder

  • Patella dislocations

  • Lateral ankle instability

Lower Back Pain & Spinal Injuries

Back pain can feel all-consuming, especially when it limits your ability to work, exercise, or simply enjoy life. Many people experience setbacks when they try to manage it alone or follow generic advice that doesn’t address their specific presentation. We recognise how isolating and persistent spinal injuries can be. Our role is to help you understand what’s contributing to your pain, improve the way your spine and surrounding muscles work together, and create a pathway that gradually restores strength and reduces flare-ups. With the right guidance, back pain becomes far more manageable—and movement becomes possible again.

We treat:

  • Chronic lower back pain

  • Herniated discs

  • Spinal stenosis

  • Degenerative disc disease

  • Osteoarthritis (OA)

Pre & Post Surgery Rehabilitation

Improving strength pre-surgery goes a long way to improving your speed of recovery post-surgery. Once your surgery is completed, our goal is continue your rehabilitation after physiotherapy - to regain your strength and fitness and return to the activities you love.

We commonly assist patients with their prehab/rehab for:

  • Arthroscope (keyhole surgery)

  • Joint reconstruction

  • Stabilisation surgeries

  • Partial/Total joint replacement

  • Management of previous surgeries (eg. prior meniscus removal)
