Why are we different?

Our vision is to help people get out of pain, build a stronger body and stay injury free. We do things differently at Exercise Lab so that we can deliver above and beyond to our clients. This is how it works:

  1. Treatment Action Plan

Every client who begins their journey with us starts by effectively planning their goals and unique action plan. We discuss any roadblocks and give you skills to not let them interfere with your recovery. We identify an appropriate timeline for your rehabilitation and frequency of sessions.

2. Test and Measure

We meticulously test using our AxIT strength system which gives amazing insight and data. This will pinpoint any weaknesses and blind spots holding you back. We are then able to measure this at appropriate stages of your journey to prove our systems of programming work.

3. Exercise Program Customisation

We develop a program based around what you need to do to overcome and take control of your injury or illness. This will be designed specifically for you and delivered throughout your sessions. Progressions will be constantly monitored as will exercise technique and compliance.

4. Train in our clinic or we come to you

No matter where you train you will be under the guidance of one of our expert EP’s. You can complete your sessions in our purpose built clinic or through virtual sessions in your home or gym. Either way it is about taking a positive step forward to better health and a stronger body.
