We're a clinical exercise physiology practice, not a gym or PT studio. The space is private, and designed for focused work. There's no loud background music, no waiting around, and no shared equipment mid-session.
Every session is one-on-one, supervised, and built around your specific presentation. You'll work with an accredited exercise physiologist with the clinical training to manage complex conditions and progress you methodically.

If you've been through the generic rehab circuit and feel like you're going in circles, you're probably in the right place. We work well with people who want to understand what's actually driving their problem, not just manage it week to week.
Our clients are typically dealing with complex or persistent conditions, recovering from injury or surgery, or trying to build capacity around a demanding work life. If you're not sure whether we're the right fit, just send us a message. A quick conversation usually sorts it out.

This comes up a lot. Physiotherapists are excellent at the early stages of injury. They diagnose the problem, reduce pain and inflammation, and get you moving again. That acute phase can last anywhere from a few weeks to a few months.
Exercise physiologists typically step in after that. Our focus is rebuilding strength, restoring movement patterns, and increasing load tolerance so the injury doesn't keep coming back. We work on the underlying drivers, not just the symptoms.
In practice, we often work alongside physios as part of the same care team. We're the progressive loading piece that takes you from early recovery to full function.

We work across musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, metabolic, neurological, and chronic conditions. That includes things like chronic back pain, rotator cuff injuries, osteoarthritis, post-surgical rehab, type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and persistent pain conditions.
We also work with people who aren't injured but want to build resilience or improve performance around a demanding schedule. Complex presentations are what we're here for. If you're not sure whether your situation falls within our scope, reach out and we'll give you a straight answer.

Your initial assessment is 60 minutes. Ongoing sessions run 45 to 60 minutes depending on where you are.
Most clients start once or twice a week and adjust from there. We work around real schedules. If you travel a lot or have unpredictable hours, your program is built to account for that.

Comfortable clothes you can move in. Activewear is fine but not required.
If you have any imaging, scan results, or letters from your GP or specialist, bring them along. They're useful context but not essential. We'll gather everything we need through the assessment itself.
Just come ready to talk honestly about what's going on and what you're trying to get back to. That's all we need.
-
Yes. A number of our clients train with us online, particularly those who travel regularly or work remotely. We adapt your program so you can keep progressing without disruption. Online sessions run to the same standard as in-person appointments.
-
No referral needed. You can book directly.
If you have a GP Management Plan, private health extras, or you're covered through WorkCover or CTP, you may be eligible for rebates. We'll walk you through what applies to your situation before you commit to anything.
-
Session fees vary depending on the type of appointment and your funding pathway. We go through costs clearly before your first session so there are no surprises. If you want a fee estimate before booking, just ask and we'll give you a straight answer.
Still not sure? Just Ask.
A five-minute conversation is usually enough to work out whether we’re the right fit. No commitment required.
